PROSÉ Brings The Prosévibes With His Debut EP Into The Future

Tropical, psychedelic vibes.

If that interests you in any way, read on.

PROSÉ is the musical endeavor of…well…I don’t know, actually. His Soundcloud profile says he’s from Narnia, which makes sense since his tunes seem to be from another world.

PROSÉ seems to be all about the vibes, and his first release is all about vibes and then some. Into The Future features two smooth jams: “Into The Future” and “Baby”.

The first samples vocals from the Steve Miller’s Bands “Fly Like An Eagle” (Space Jam nostalgia, anyone?). The artwork is most fitting, as walking on a beach during a sunset seems like a perfect place to hear this tune. Riddled with a chopped up vocal sample that doubles as an instrument, “Baby” almost mimics the first song in tempo, but veers away from the calm nature of “Into The Future” and ups the feels with arpeggiated scales. The song is repetitious, yet varies enough to keep it interesting throughout.
