RL Grime & Salva At Grand Central For A Very Sweaty Valentines

2014-01 RL Grime Salva
If you’re still looking for something special to do for Vlantines day, consider it taken care of.

Coming in for a double header that day is RL Grime and Salva, two synonymous names of the bass scene that is sure to make you sweat.

It’s basically impossible to not have heard their staple remix of Kanye’s “Mercy” by now, so you know what to expect.

RL Grime has had a kick-ass 2013. He released his High Beams EP on Fool’s Gold, dropped a massive, clicky collaboration with the Harlem Shaker himself (Baauer) dubbed “Infinite Daps,” and constantly dropped remixes and bootlegs of all kinds of styles.

Salva, on a similar note, pumps out bass heavy beats, albeit with a little more variation in tempo. His remix for Chromeo’s “Sexy Socialite” gives it a pumping, energetic feel. And his remix of Sage The Gemini & Iamsu’ “Gas Pedal” will keep you on your toes as the drum patterns constantly switch up.
