Why it rules: Highlights Winston’s great production, catchy melodies and expert use of the pentatonic scale.

Why it rules: Sufjan Stevens, Son Lux and Serengeti team up to take on hip-hop.

Spoek Mathambo - Put Some Red On It 

Genre: Hip-Hop
Why it rules: You might wonder what you’re listening to: We’ll tell you — it’s the future of hip-hop (or at least we hope it is). Check out this ill music video we repped back in 2010.
