Snowball Music Festival 2012: Artists To Catch
In case you’ve been living under a rock for the past few months and haven’t heard, SnowBall is back this year, with one of the sauciest, glitchiest and grooviest line-ups the Midwest has seen since the festival was born merely a year ago.
SnowBall Music Festival is set in one the premier ski and board slopes of Vail Valley, Co., which may see blizzards of other powder during the first week of March, 4-6.
The line-up schedule has yet to be posted, but we’ve put together a list of must-see artists (besides the likes of big guys Bassnectar, Snoop Dogg, Rusko, Major Lazer and TV on the Radio).
Unfortunately, you can’t see everyone, but it’s worth making some sacrifices to catch SuperVision, Paul Basic, Gramatik and Break Science (all on Pretty Lights Music Label, they’re albums are available for free download).
Tickets have gotten a bit pricy, from the early bird price of $75 to $159.50. However, it is definitely a small price to pay for a weekend full of swankin’ chunes, good vibes and good times. If you’re looking for a ticket, they can be found online!
If you can’t make it, don’t be too worried, we’ll have our people out there covering the event so you too can experience the bone-chilling sounds that will rock Vail Valley!
Here are some other acts you can’t afford to miss:
NiT-GRiT & Stephan Jacobs
