The Flaming Lips 24 Hour Song

The Flaming Lips 24 Hour Song

The Flaming Lips are scheduled to begin streaming their 24-hour song titled ’7 Skies H3′ at midnight on Halloween.

Since the beginning of the year, The Flaming Lips have been releasing music in a unique and mostly physical form with their Flaming Lips Objects. The song will be released in a limited amount of USB-converted, authentic human skulls with a chrome drip singer Wayne Coyne designed. Yes, we said real human skulls, as in they were once someone’s head. Only 13 of these musical skulls have been made. For everyone else who won’t be lucky enough to score one of these, the stream begins at midnight in Oklahoma (which is 1 a.m. for the Eastern Time Zone folks.) You can catch the stream at this site. The Flaming Lips will be partying along with purple popcorn at a very lucky house party in West Virginia.
